Service-Learning*
August 2-4, 2013, Saint Mary's College of California
Join our dynamic learning community this summer to create
or enhance a service-learning course at your institution.
The summer faculty institute is designed for instructors
in the early stages of incorporating service-learning into their courses.
Participants will learn and work with 11 other colleagues
from around the country and devote focused time, attention, and energy to
service-learning course creation. The institute includes time for personal and
professional reflection on why one chooses to utilize this type of teaching and
learning.
Participants will work and stay on the campus of Saint
Mary’s College of California <http://www.stmarys-ca.edu/>
and take time to enjoy the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area.

Early registration (Feb 25-March 31) is $500 and regular
registration (April 1-30) is $550.
