Jan Haaken, Sharon
Jackson, Liora Moskovitz and I have recently guest-edited a special section of
the Journal of Social and Political Psychology on the topic of ‘Rethinking
Prefigurative Politics’.
We think that community
psychologists will find much of interest in the authors' engagement in
questions of activism, critique, participation and social change from below.
All of the papers are about some form of community action and the issue as a
whole aims advance psychology's contribution to rethinking and remaking the
world as it could be!
