Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to provide another wonderful issue of the
Global Journal. This issue is devoted to publishing the Proceedings of the 2nd
International Conference on Community Psychology, held in Lisboa Portugal in
June of 2008.
The Proceedings encompass 79 submissions covering a wide
range of topics of interest to community practice. The chapters in the
Proceedings cover a range of topics from the theoretical and practical
applications of critical theory, issues related to recent immigration and
integration in a variety of countries, health promotion and primary prevention
issues, homelessness, and community empowerment.
The submissions were made in English, Spanish, and
Portuguese. All of the submissions were peer reviewed.
You could download the entire Proceedings in one volume
through the link provided in the Welcome message. Please note that the file is
a little over 5 MB in size, so it could take a few minutes to download over
slower connections. The Table of Contents can be accessed within this volume.
We organized the submissions into the individual chapters
by the Table of Contents of the Proceedings, starting with the center column of
this issue. The rest of the chapters are in order within each of the 6 sections
on either side of the issue. Within each box of the side columns, click on View
All to access the individual chapters. The individual PDF's are available from
within each chapter.
Please access the new issue at: http://www.gjcpp.org/.
We hope that you will enjoy this issue of the Global Journal
as much as we enjoy providing it to you.
Sincerely,
Vincent T Francisco, and the entire
