Registration is open with the slate of plenaries, pre-conferences, workshops, networking time and other events happening May 23 - 25, 2012 at the Community College National Center for Community Engagement 21st Annual National Conference in Scottsdale, AZ.
The theme for this year's conference is Leaders Leading Leaders in Service Learning and Civic Engagement with emphasis within three major conference tracks: Leadership, Technology in Service and Civic Learning & Democratic Engagement.
We are please to have with us a slate of inspiring keynote speakers: Mr. Paul Schmitz, CEO ofPublic Allies; Dr. Brian Murphy, President, DeAnza College, Mr. John Hamerlinck, Associate Director of Minnesota Campus Compact, and Mr. Paul Chou, Senior Client Partner and Co-Managing Director of Korn/Ferry International's Global Education Practice.
In addition, the conference planning team has brought together incredible leaders to share their experience and expertise on how they are utilizing successful strategies of service learning and civic engagement which are making incredible impacts in the academic and professional lives of students and global communities.
