The Office of Academic
Community Engagement at Siena College is co-sponsoring a social justice and
leadership conference along with Montclair State University's Bonner Program
March 11-13, 2016. Below is some information that can be shared with students,
faculty, and administrators from your college or university about the conference. If you are interested, please feel
free to reply to this email for more information. We will be sending out
formal registration links as we get closer.
INSPIRE 2016
is a student led community engagement conference held from March 11-13, 2016 at
Siena College in Loudonville, NY. Students from all over the Northeast
and across the country will participate in
training and dialogue around community engagement and pedagogy through
workshops, networking and presentations. This conference will feature elective
workshops blocks and tracks that will explore topics such as race relations,
gender, LGBTQ, and the environment. This event
is cosponsored by Siena College Academic Community Engagement and Montclair
State University's Bonner Program.
