Greetings Colleagues:
I joined Campus Compact this
summer as its fifth president. I have been thrilled by the energy and
excitement in our network as we head toward our thirtieth anniversary next
year. Grounded on a plan developed through a participatory network-wide
process, we are working together as a network to build powerful
campus-community partnerships focused on making change on important public
issues while preparing the next generation of citizens to sustain our
democracy.
In this context, I wanted to
let everyone know about three openings for Campus Compact Executive Director
positions. Two of the positions are posted now on the jobs section of the Campus Compact
website, and the third will be posted soon.
·
Wisconsin Campus Compact's position is posted with a deadline of December 1.
·
Illinois Campus Compact's position is posted with a deadline of December 31.
·
Indiana Campus Compact's position will be posted very soon.
Our 34 state and regional
Compacts are the lifeblood of the Campus Compact network. Our Executive
Directors represent a diverse and talented group. Our network comes together
regularly--virtually and in person--to share ideas and build our collective strength.
I hope many of you will
consider these and future opportunities to become a key leader of Campus
Compact.
Best,
Andrew------
